WHAT IS A TUNING FORK?

This is a powerful instrument of harmonization that is tuned according to frequencies that deeply stimulate the areas of the body that it gets in contact with.
It is an acoustic resonator in the form of a two-pronged fork with the prongs formed from a U-shaped bar of elastic metal, usually steel.
The Tuning Fork emits only one frequency. Personally I use the 128 HZ.
It works on the structure, so it is ideal to treat contractions and to alleviate joint and bone aches. While the vibrations go through your cells it produces a massage that induces a deep state of relaxation.
